Here you have an overview about the Basics for Lucid Dreaming:

The first step is of course to write Dream Diary (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

Not only, because you need your dream diary for most of the other exercises, but also it is very interesting, when you look conciously back on your evolution. With your notes you can work much more accurate on yourself.
Präkognitive Dreams (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

Not only, because you need your dream diary for most of the other exercises, but also it is very interesting, when you look conciously back on your evolution. With your notes you can work much more accurate on yourself.

Präkognitive Dreams (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

It is very good to mark out dreamsigns in your dream diary, to collect them and to make a ranking of them. You also can check out, what kind of rankings other people have (like me for example).

Make a Ranking of your dreamsigns

Then it is important to recognize the dream as a dream, for that you can use Realitytests:
Do Reality check´s / Reality test´s

False Awakening

Do a Reality Test right after waking up, that helps against false awakenings and for prelonging lucid dreams.

Or here you can see an example of a lucid dream from me with a false awakening.

Prospective Memory Training  (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

The prospective Memory Training helps you to train yourself to make the Reality test also in the dream. For that you already take a look on the “daily target” in the morning.

Continuous waking consciousness game (put on the subtitles, if you don´t see them)

When you already do all the basics, you can do the reality tests every hour or in another rhythm for a continuous waking consciousness.

Why do you want to lucid dream? (Put the subtitles on)

It is also important to think about, why you want to lucid dream. On one hand to motivate yourself, to do the exercises, but also to be prepared, when you are suddenly in a lucid dream.

Sleep laboratory: when you already can plan, when you want to be lucid

It also can be motivating, when you want to become that good, that you can plan, when you want to be lucid. So that you can easily particapate in scientific studies in a sleep laboratory for example.

Create Collages of pictures of your dreams  (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

To understand the meanings of your dreams even better, you can create collages of pictures of your dreams. That way you get an overview and dip deeper in the message of the dream.

dreamgame (Robert Moss) (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

Projektive dreaminterpretations (Jeremy Taylor) (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

Or you can do projective Dreaminterpretatios with family or friends or with me in one of my dreamgroups or single sessions.

I know a lot of lucid dreamers, who are vegetarian! (in German, no English subtitles YET – sorry)

And there are a lot of films, which you can see in a “lucid” way.

It can be inspirering to read books about lucid dreaming with more tips and tricks.

Before you go to sleep, i suggest you to write down an intention for the night or a question. (dreamincubation)

In general: It is very important to think and expect carefully in the dreamworld
( you will understand, when you see the video!)

One Basic Vocabulary explained: WILD (Wake initiated lucid dream) and DILD (Dream initiated lucid dream) with technics for “Wilding”

And the “Wilding” works best, when you use the wake and back to bed method.
